By Brooke Garland – Kandos High School From Naive Enthusiasm to Classroom Reality  As I enter my fifth year of teaching and move into the final phase of being an early career teacher, it’s a fitting time to reflect on the challenges and growth I’ve experienced in my career so far.  I began my teaching
