This workshop is designed for teachers new to the role of managing their PDHPE faculty or teachers currently in an acting role as head of PDHPE. The workshop will cover curriculum, teaching and learning, administration and leadership capabilities.

2.2.2 Organise content into coherent, well-sequenced learning and teaching programs.
6.3.2 Contribute to collegial discussions and apply constructive feedback from colleagues to improve professional knowledge and practice.
7.2.2 Understand the implications of and comply with relevant legislative, administrative, organisational and professional requirements, policies and processes.
Completing Curriculum Leadership on 28 August 2019 will contribute 5 hours of NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) Registered PD addressing standard descriptors from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers towards maintaining Proficient Teacher Accreditation in NSW.
