June 7 @ 8:30 am - 4:00 pm$180 – $250
Venue: New England Girls’ School, Armidale
Programming the K-10 PDHPE syllabus workshops provide participants with the next steps for developing their new scope and sequences and PDHPE units of work ready for implementation in 2019 (Years 7 & 9 required, K-6 optional) and 2020 (K-10).
The workshops will be presented by ACHPER project officers.
The workshop sessions are highly interactive and will step participants through the evidence-based programming process. By the end of the workshop participants will have developed a draft scope and sequence for a Stage and an evidence-based unit of work with formative assessment activities.
Completing Programming the K-10 PDHPE syllabus on 7 June 2019 will contribute 5 hours of NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) Registered PD addressing standard descriptors from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers towards maintaining Proficient Teacher Accreditation in NSW.
