This workshop will focus on the syllabus, along with addressing teacher concerns around programming, resources, and assessment.

Teachers currently teaching Stage 6 for the first time, or will do so in the near future.

Chantelle has been teaching for over 20 years and has a passion for CAFS and student wellbeing. Currently Head Teacher Wellbeing at Dapto High School, she has taught CAFS for over 10 years. Chantelle is accredited at Highly Accomplished Teacher.
Accreditation
Completing Teaching Stage 6 CAFS for the 1st time after 4 February 2022 under NESA’s interim arrangements will contribute 5 hours of NESA elective PD in the priority area of delivery and assessment of NSW curriculum – addressing standard descriptors 1.5.2, 2.2.2, 2.3.2, 3.2.2 from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers towards maintaining Proficient Teacher Accreditation in NSW.
