This full-day interactive workshop covers:

This workshop will focus on the syllabus, along with addressing teacher concerns around programming, resources, and assessment.

Teachers currently teaching Stage 6 for the first time, or will do so in the near future.

Janice Atkin
Janice has worked as a PDHPE teacher, head teacher, and curriculum consultant for 30 years. She has extensive experience with curriculum development in NSW, Australia and internationally, and is currently ACHPER NSW’s Professional Learning Officer. Janice provides professional development, support, and resources for departments, schools, and teachers across Australia.
Accreditation
Completing Teaching Stage 6 PDHPE for the first time will contribute 5 hours and 30 minutes of NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) Accredited PD in the priority area of Delivery and Assessment of NSW Curriculum/EYLF addressing standard descriptors 2.1.2, 2.2.2, 2.3.2 from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers towards maintaining Proficient Teacher Accreditation in NSW.
