SUMMARY:Physical Activity And Sports Studies (PASS)
DESCRIPTION:Venue: Teachers Federation Building\, Surry Hills \nA one-day professional learning workshop to examine the elements involved in teaching PASS including programming\, creating assessment tasks and practical experience options in line with the new syllabus. \nAs a result of participating in this workshop\, participants will be: \n\nAble to deconstruct the new PASS syllabus\nConfident in creating assessment tasks for the PASS course\nAble to program and structure PASS scope and sequence\nDelegates will begin developing programs\, assessment ideas and collating resources for the new PASS syllabus\n\n \n  \nCompleting the PASS workshop on 17 February 2020 will contribute 5 hours of NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) Registered PD addressing standard descriptors from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers towards maintaining Proficient Teacher Accreditation in NSW. \nAustralian Professional Teaching Standards: 2.3.2\, 6.2.2\, 6.3.2\, 7.4.2. \n
