Scope and sequence

Needs a video explainer of what a quality scope and sequence looks like – the features and why they are important. Think about considerations (Slide in programming workshop might work here.) 

Could we adapt the s&s checklist from DoE for PASS – or create something similar? need to ensure that the judgements participants make about what is good and bad are based on quality examples – or if there are things missing from the S&S we need to make sure the participants pick up on it.
