Privacy

ACHPER (NSW) highly values the strong relationships we have with our customers. The collection of data at ACHPER (NSW) is being handled with full and proper respect for the privacy of our customers. The data we collect is handled sensitively, securely and with proper regard to privacy. ACHPER (NSW) does not disclose, distribute or sell the data we collect from our clients to third parties. This site uses a feature of your web browser known as “cookies” to store information and identify you to the system while you’re on a session. No personal details are contained in the cookies.

Registration

When a school/teacher registers to attend an ACHPER (NSW) course/workshop they will receive a confirmation email of their registration (within 7 days). A second email will be sent to confirm that the course/workshop is going to proceed. ACHPER (NSW) reserves the right to cancel a workshop for any reason. ACHPER (NSW) has the right to cancel/postpone an event, unless a minimum number of participants have registered up to 2 weeks prior to the closing date.

Customers who register for a workshop or purchase products through the website will be added to an email list to receive updates on courses, discounts and resources. If you do not wish to receive these updates you can use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email to remove your details from the email list.

Payments

Upon registration to attend an ACHPER (NSW) course/workshop the individual and school/work will be provided with the following options:
•    Payment by credit card via PayPal
•    Payment by direct bank transfer
•    Generate a tax invoice for payment (individual will receive a tax invoice in order to process payment through their school system).

Payment is to be received prior to the advertised date of the workshop to guarantee the attendance of the school/teacher.

Cancellation policy

If a school/teacher is unable to attend an ACHPER (NSW) workshop for which they have registered, the ACHPER office requires  in  writing 7 day’s notice to receive a 50% refund. If less than 7 days’ notice is given of a withdrawal before the workshop/course then no refund will be provided.

Photography & Filming

For promotional purposes, there may be a photographer and/or video production taking place during the conference/workshop/seminar. Delegates who do not wish to be filmed or recorded should advise the organisers by email to achpernsw@achper.com.au  prior to the event.

Hours and Accreditation

Delegates are expected to attend the whole day (including all sessions) within the advertised hours. To gain 5 hours accreditation with NESA delegates are required to be present at the professional learning activity for the duration of the advertised hours. Failure to do so may result in a delegate receiving no accreditation hours.
