Planning for quality learning – Evaluating and reviewing units of work (Part 2)

This is the second webinar in the two part series focusing on Planning for Quality Learning. In the first webinar we took you through a step by step process for developing quality units of work.

The main aim for this webinar is to give you some tools and strategies you can use to undertake reviews of your program.

We will explore processes and structures that you can use to support the collaborative review and critique of units from old program and newly designed units that have been taught this year for the first time.

Ideally the activities in this webinar will be best done with a partner, either from your school or a colleague from another school who works with similar aged students.

Professional Teaching Standards

Completing Planning for Quality Learning (Part 2) will contribute 3 hours of NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) Registered PD addressing standard descriptors 2.2.2, 2.3.2, 3.2.2 from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers towards maintaining Proficient Teacher Accreditation in NSW.

Once all tasks are completed you will need to upload your completed workbook to a Google Drive folder for checking in order to verify completion of the course to process your NESA accredited hours.
